Contract SPE300-26-D-3009 is an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ), fixed-price contract with Economic Price Adjustment awarded by DLA Troop Support to US Foods Los Angeles. This sole-source bridge contract was awarded under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, as the contractor was determined to be the only responsible source capable of ensuring the uninterrupted supply of food and beverage items to land-based Department of Defense customers in the Southern California region.
