PSNS & IMF, located in Bremerton, WA, is requesting proposals for a service contract at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF), to provide Marine Engineering Project Office Administrative Assistant services. Details of the requirement are listed in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Please see and return attached Combined Synopsis Solicitation. 


This is a SeaPort Action.


This RFP N4523A26R3002 is being solicited utilizing a Total Small Business Set-Aside for Women Owned Small Business. Only those small business concerns that meet the NAICS code size standard will be considered for award.


Please submit your proposal, along with the rest of the solicitation requirements in the current solicitation, no later than 17 July 2026 by 9:00 AM Pacific Standard Time via email to Kenny Vilayvong, Code 431 Contract Specialist at kenny.r.vilayvong.civ@us.navy.mil and Jacqueline Edgerton, Code 431 Contracting Office at jacqueline.f.edgerton.civ@us.navy.mil .
