Full Description

This is to execute an approved follow-on of a U.S. Personal Services Contract (USPSC) issued to an offshore Financial Management Advisor (FMA), in the USAlD/Tanzania Financial Management Office. The new Contract is for one year on a full term basis, from Janual)' 1, 2018 through December 31,2018. During the course of this one year contract, the contractor will playa key role in the performance of financial management duties at the USAIDlTanzania Mission. The incumbent supports Mission budgeting, accounting, financial analysis, payment processing and financial reporting activities. As well, assists in directing the day-to-day operations of the Office of Financial Management and advising the senior management team within the Mission on financial management practices, procedures and reporting requirements, as well as on the financial soundness and status of USAID financial programs and activities, totaling $400 million per year in the development budget and $11 million per year in operating expenses.
