THUMS proposes to rework B773 existing production well in the Wilmington field (Offshore on Island White.) The reworks consist of squeezing existing casing damage with cement, cementing a 6-5/8 casing liner in place above existing liner, cleaning out to bottom and running new production equipment.
The proposed project consists of the California Department of Conservation, Geologic Energy Management Division (CalGEM) approving permit #7056609 for THUMS Long Beach CO. to rework the well listed below, in the Wilmington Oil Field.
