The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.


The Government requests quotes remain firm through September 30, 2026. If market volatility prevents this, clearly state the maximum length of time quote pricing can be held.


The Department of War (DoW) requires the procurement of one (1) Vertical Tilt-Frame Band Saw, Hydraulic, Fully-Featured.


General Description:
A heavy-duty, hydraulically powered metal cutting band saw for high-capacity, precision cutting. The system must be fully configured with all manufacturer-specified salient characteristics and optional features for maximum versatility, automation, and safety. The machine's design must feature a tilting frame to perform complex miter cuts.


To be considered for award, the offered equipment must meet or exceed the following minimum salient characteristics:
