THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE, NOT A REQUEST FOR A QUOTE (RFQ).  A RFQ WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND QUOTES WILL NOT BE REQUESTED.

In accordance with FAR 6.103.1, the Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, intends to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis for:

Time & Frequency synchronization system:

1) Time & Frequency Synchronization System Base Unit; Secure Sync Model 2406-033 Qty: 6 EA

2) Multi-Port Network / Expansion Card; SecureSync Option Card 1204-18 Qty: 3 EA

3) Specialized Input/Output Option Card; SecureSync Option Card 1204-4A Qty: 3 EA

4) Precision Time Protocol (PTP) / NTP Card; SecureSync Option Card 1204-15 Qty: 3 EA

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; no solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 3:00pm PST 6/29/26.
