Repairs shall include mounting, dismounting, and balancing of tires. Where one or more tires are repaired during an emergency road service request, the Authority may, at its discretion, arrange for the repaired tire(s) to be balanced by the Contractor at the Contractor’s facility. As part of the tire repair process under this Contract, the Contractor shall install loose wheel nut indicators (aka wheel flags) on the wheels regardless of the size of the wheels on all medium and heavy-duty vehicles.
