This acquisition is for the procurement of pneumatic tires, NSN 2610-00-262-8653, with an estimated annual quantity of 260 units. The contract is structured as an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order for a total duration of two years, consisting of one base year and one option year. Due to a lack of complete technical data, the government intends to contract with approved sources, specifically identifying Titan Tires Corporation as the approved source. Delivery is required within 30 days to various DLA stocking locations, with FOB and inspection occurring at the destination. The tires must meet SAE J2014 specifications, featuring a 11.00-20 numeric size, Load Range F, and a maximum inflation pressure of 90 PSI. Each tire must be delivered with a flap and maintain at least 42 months of its 60-month shelf life upon delivery. This unrestricted acquisition follows FAR Subpart 13.5 simplified procedures, and the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, and past performance. All items must comply with the Trade Agreements Act of 1979 and prohibit the use of Class I ozone-depleting chemicals.
