TIRE, PNEUMATIC, VEHICULAR

The contract is a delivery order under the basic contract SPE7LX-19-D-0029, awarded by the Defense Logistics Agency to ASRC Federal Facilities Logistics, LLC (CAGE 79343), a certified small business, for the procurement of five pneumatic vehicular tires (NSN 2610015382632) at a fixed total price of $1,130.70. Delivery is required FOB destination by July 27, 2026, to the Naval Air Station in Fallon, Nevada, with the contractor responsible for freight costs and risk of loss until receipt at the destination. The order was awarded on a lowest price technically acceptable basis with no technical or past performance evaluation, and payment is governed by Fast Pay procedures under FAR 52.213-1, with electronic invoicing required per DFARS 252.232-7003 through WAWF or equivalent EDI systems. Packaging must comply with ASTM D3951, and labeling is mandated at the pallet level only under MIL-STD-129, with individual tire labeling exempt. The contractor is subject to Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) regulations as the order is rated for national defense priority.
