The Project consists of the transfer of specified Contra Costa Canal System facilities, lands, easements, rights-of-way, and associated real property interests from the United States, acting through the Bureau of Reclamation, to Contra Costa Water District pursuant to Section 8302 of Public Law 116-9. The transfer would be implemented through a Title Transfer Agreement and associated deeds, assignments, easement conveyances, and other property instruments, including transfer or assignment of applicable third-party rights and obligations.
