The South Dakota Department of Health (DOH) is seeking information from organizations interested in serving as subrecipients under the Title X Family Planning Program. Title X is the only federal grant program dedicated solely to providing individuals with comprehensive family planning and related preventive health services. These services are designed to help individuals achieve their reproductive life plans, access high-quality clinical care, and receive education and counseling to support informed decision-making. The Title X program supports accessible, confidential, and affordable services, including: · Family planning education and counseling · Contraceptive services and supplies · Pregnancy testing and counseling · STI testing and treatment · HIV screening and prevention · Preconception and reproductive life planning · Basic infertility services · Related preventative health services · Community education and outreach · Referrals to other medical or social services This RFI is exploratory and intended to help DOH understand statewide capacity, service availability, and potential partnerships to support comprehensive family planning services. Responses to this RFI will help inform future funding opportunities and broader program planning. Participation in this RFI does not constitute commitment by DOH to fund or enter into a contract. All materials developed under the agreement become property of the State of New Mexico, and contractors must comply with strict confidentiality, conflict of interest, debarment, and equal opportunity requirements tied to state and federal statutes, including the Governmental Conduct Act and 45 C.F.R.
