To provide highway engineering and other services on retainer.

The Ministry is seeking to establish Retainer Services Agreements with up to four engineering firms, dividing the contracts into two for Retainer Assignment 1 and two for Retainer Assignment 2. These agreements are designed to provide highway engineering and related services on an as-needed basis over a period of up to 36 months. The scope of services encompasses preliminary and detailed design, planning, contract preparation and updates, traffic data collection, report preparation, and bridge or culvert rehabilitation, among other engineering tasks. The intention is to have qualified firms ready to deploy their resources promptly in response to the Ministry’s project demands during the contract term. The contract is managed by the Engineering Services - Central Region division within the Government of Canada, with Francesca Congiusti as the primary contracting authority.
