Project #: Assignment 2023-E-0101/0102 (Retainer Assignment 1) and 2024-E-0031/0032 (Retainer Assignment 2) The Ministry intends to establish Retainer Services Agreements with up to four (4) – (two (2) for each “Retainer Assignment 1” and “Retainer Assignment 2” firms to call upon from time to time, depending on the Ministry’s needs, to provide the Engineering Services described herein. In general terms, the project is to provide Engineering Services , to the MTO, which likely will include several separate Work Items during a period of up to thirty-six (36) months. A submission by a Service Provider is an acknowledgement that the Service Provider has the resources available for deployment as required within the allowed time frames. Services include: Preliminary design, Detail design and planning; Contract preparation and updating; Traffic data collection and report preparation; Bridge/culvert rehabilitation.
