The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for Autoexpresso tags and toll services for Official Government Vehicles (OGVs) for the use of Puerto Rico toll roads for the period of 5/1/2016 - 4/30/2017. This is anticipated to be a single, firm fixed price, sole source purchase order to Autoridad De Carreteras y Transportacion, in accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Autoridad De Carreteras y Transportacion is the sole provider of the toll services in Puerto Rico.
