AI Contract Overview
Tolnaftate Powder USP 1% in 45 gram units is being procured under solicitation SPE2DP-26-T-4337 by the Department of Defense through the Medical Supply Chain Pharmaceutical FSA, with delivery required to Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. The contract specifies two quantities: two units and twenty units, each unit defined as one 45 gram container, with a total order value based on fixed unit pricing and no variance allowed in quantity. The material must be packaged in commercial containers that protect against damage and meet the Medical Marking Standard No. 1, which supersedes MIL-STD-129, and palletization must comply with DLA Packaging Requirements for Procurement. The product has a non-extendable shelf life of 36 months and is not classified as hazardous under FED-STD-313, so it must be packaged per ASTM D3951, though all DLA Master List technical and quality requirements take precedence over commercial standards. Shipments must be traceable and cannot use parcel post; delivery is FOB destination with inspection and acceptance occurring at the final delivery point. The required delivery window is 20 days from the contract’s award, with an original delivery deadline of July 30, 2026. The supplier is Geri-Care Pharmaceuticals Corp. with NDC code 57896-0199-45 and the product is identified by NSN 6505-01-480-7897, while all packaging and labeling must conform to DLA’s current medical and logistics directives.
