This project involves the full construction of Tolton Park located at 11134 22 Side Road in Limehouse (Halton Hills) Ontario. The project includes the construction, supply, delivery and installation of all components necessary to construct the park. The existing site is a brownfield and scope of work includes following a Ministry approved remediation plan, Soil and Groundwater Management Plan for the site, removals, importing clean fill and creating a soil cap barrier and following soil and groundwater management plan and site specific health and safety plans. The site is on the Niagara Escarpment and has rock outcrops and significant natural features that are to be preserved and enhanced through the park development.The park construction includes rough and fine grading, construction of features including playground, fitness area, picnic shelter, limestone pathways, sod, landscaping, seeding, fencing and all other work outlined within the contract documents.All Bidders shall have a Bidding System vendor account and be registered as a plan taker at https://haltonhills.bidsandtenders.ca for this RFT which will enable the Bidder to download the RFT, to receive addenda/addendum email notifications, download addenda and to submit their Tenders electronically through the Bidding System.
