This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is an invitation by the Town of Nipawin (the “Town”) to prospective qualified manufacturers and authorized dealers for the supply and delivery of one (1) new pumper/tanker fire apparatus for the Nipawin Fire Department. This procurement is conducted in accordance with the Town of Nipawin Procurement Policy and applicable trade agreements including the Canadian Free Trade Agreement and New West Partnership Trade Agreement. The Town shall review submitted proposals and in its full discretion may decide to: i. Negotiate an agreement with one or more than one proponent; ii. Make requests for further clarification in an equitable evaluation comparison; or iii. Choose to make no award whatsoever. Response Qualifications: Only respondents with the skills, qualifications, experience and resources necessary to fully and properly perform the Deliverables as herein described in this RFP a within the specified timelines may respond to this RFP.
