This design-build project involves the construction of a new approximately 23,000 square foot, single-story, two-courtroom facility in Tracy, California, including the demolition of four existing court facilities and the provision of secure and surface parking. The selected firm, which must be a California-licensed architect or professional engineer, will be responsible for site selection and acquisition support, architectural programming, and the development and enforcement of performance criteria documents. The project must achieve LEED Silver certification and adheres to a Target Guaranteed Maximum Price of 49,237,600 dollars.
