DLA Troop Support, Subsistence Directorate, Operational Rations, Group Rations intends to solicit a request for proposal on Solicitation SPE3S1-22-R-0009. The proposed acquisition shall be set aside for Small Business concerns for Shelf Stable Tortillas to be utilized within the Unitized Group Ration - H&S. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to Depot Tracy, CA. NSN: 8920-01-529-6603 Item Description: TORTILLAS, SHELF STABLE, bulk pack, 200/2-count packages per case, min 6 oz. flex PG, each count of 50 tortilla packages shall be separated by divider/sleeve made from a firm material such as cardboard in order to prevent packages from shifting, PCR-T-008B (For Unitized Group Ration). Must have minimum 3 year shelf-life stored at 80 degrees. Technical Specification: PCR-T-008B. Contract Type: 5-Year Tiered Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity Contract Source Selection Method: Low Price Technically Acceptable Pricing Agreement: Fixed-Price Inspection at Origin.
