The Town of Bonnyville (the “Town”) invites proposals from qualified multi-disciplinary design teams to provide a complete architectural and engineering services to advance the FCSS and Library to tender‑ready status. The building will occur on Town‑owned properties located at 5201 – 43 Street, Bonnyville, Alberta. The design should include approximately 3,400 ft² of FCSS administrative space, 11,700 ft² of Library space, and 2,200 ft2 of shared spaces. The purpose of the structure would be to adequately house the operations of the FCSS department, the Bonnyville Library, and potentially shared spaces that may be used for revenue generation or business incubation. Ideally, the building would allow free flowing patron traffic throughout while still allowing for quiet, confidential spaces when needed. The services include all due diligence, geotechnical investigations, surveys, code reviews, design development, utility/site servicing, and preparation of complete Construction Documents required for permitting, tendering and construction.
