The Owner intends to select from applicants to this RFP a Contractor (herein after called the Contractor) responsible for all stages of the Project. This will involve, but not be limited to: Company profile, relevant experience, and qualifications, including examples of comparable municipal tree-planting or landscaping projects. Proposed methodology and work plan for site preparation and planting of approximately 100 trees at the identified locations. Proposed tree species recommendations suited to boulevard and campground conditions in Didsbury's climate zone Detailed cost breakdown, itemized by site preparation, tree supply, planting, and any post-planting care services, not to exceed the approved capital budget Proposed project schedule aligned with the Town's estimated timeline (Sep 2026-Sep 2027) References from at least two comparable municipal or institutional clients. Proof of applicable insurance, WCB/WSIB coverage, and any required certifications or licenses and Warranties
