The Town is seeking proposals from qualified proponents for the supply of two (2) up to three (3) new half-ton pickup trucks, Four Wheel Drive, new 2025 or 2026 model year, or equivalent. The vehicles must be equivalent or similar in size, capability, and performance to a Ford F-150 or equivalent. These vehicles are intended to replace existing Town fleet units, with delivery and replacement expected to occur during Q2 of the 2026 operating season. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit detailed submissions from proponents that demonstrate their ability to meet the Town’s operational needs. Proponents are required to review the RFP in its entirety and complete all requested components, including but not limited to: • Compliance with the minimum specification requirements. • Satisfaction of all technical and performance requirements. • Submission of a comprehensive cost proposal for the supply of the half-ton trucks.
