Electronic bids will be received through Bids and Tenders website (http://ae-sk.bidsandtenders.ca) up to 2:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, October 15, 2026. Bids submitted after the online bidding system closing time will not be accepted by the online bidding system. The time as indicated by the declining time clock on the online bidding system shall be the official time for closing. Contract Documents will be available on Bids and Tenders website (http://ae-sk.bidsandtenders.ca) on or after Thursday, October 1, 2026. Bidders are required to check for any updated information and addenda issued before the closing date and time using Bids and Tenders website (http://ae-sk.bidsandtenders.ca). The Work involves the construction of new sidewalk and pedestrian infrastructure along Saskatchewan Avenue near the school and two sets of milled rumble strips and signage along Government Road. Technical inquiries by bidders are to be directed to Chelsea Venne via email at [email protected]. Bids must be accompanied by the specified Bid Bond and Consent of Surety Company payable to the Town of Ogema. The lowest or any bid will not necessarily be accepted.
