The Town of Johnstown is seeking proposals from qualified, licensed and bonded Contractors to provide Custodial / Janitorial services at various Town buildings and facilities on a regular and as-needed basis.This RFP provides a general description of services anticipated, specifies submittal requirements, outlines selection criteria and explains the selection process. The response to this RFP (a “Proposal”) should serve as a complete and detailed approach to providing the Services.This invitation, together with its Supplemental Information, comprises the RFP.
