TPM-25-02 Galland

The Galland Tentative Parcel Map project, identified as TPM-25-02, involves the division of a 6.36-acre rural-residential parcel located at 2405 N. Old Stage Road in Mount Shasta, California, into two separate parcels. Parcel A will consist of 3.41 acres and will retain the existing single-family residence, well, septic system, and accessory outbuildings.
