Delivery is required in 325 days FOB origin with no tolerance for variance in quantity, and acceptance occurs at the destination warehouse in Tracy, California. All items must be packaged in compliance with ASTM D3951 and marked per MIL-STD-129, with palletization adhering to DLA’s packaging requirements, and DLA’s Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements takes precedence over any general standards. Sampling must follow MIL-STD-1916 or an equivalent zero-based plan, assigning verification levels of VII, IV, and II for critical, major, and minor attributes respectively, with zero non-conformances required unless otherwise stated. The supplier must comply with DLA’s cybersecurity requirements under CMMC Level 2 and perform a self-assessment.
