Trade Package - Cargo Building 720.1 & GSE Building 742 Project - TP-09C - Flooring and Wall Tile

Design-Builder Firm Name: Skanska USA Building Project Overview: This replacement 120,000 square feet, single-story cargo facility has been planned with approximately 95,000 square feet of cargo area, and 25,000 square feet of mezzanine office space along with landside maneuvering depth from West Field Road for approximately 30 trucks. The Project also has an ancillary Ground Service Equipment (GSE) Maintenance Facility (Building 742) of approximately 17,000 square feet on site, but not physically connected, to the cargo facility. In order to construct the new facilities, demolition of the existing Building 730 will be required. Trade Package No.: TP-09C Trade Package Title: Flooring and Wall Tile Description of the Trade Package Scope of Work: PREQUALIFICATION AND REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL: The scope includes all flooring finishes, stair finishes, and wall tile for Building 720.1 and 742. The scope includes but is not limited to approximately 1,300 SF of floor tile, 2,000 SF of wall tile, 5,100 LF of rubber base, 500 SF of walk-off mats, and 110,000 SF of sealed concrete. All caulking, sealants, control joints, transition strips, thresholds, trim and accessories are included in this scope of work for a complete installation.
