Traffic Management and Control

This subcontract for Traffic Management and Control is issued by Caltrans District 4 in the Bay Area/Oakland region. The primary objective is to implement comprehensive vehicle flow management for prime contractors on highway projects, ensuring safe and efficient traffic movement throughout the duration of the work. The scope of work includes executing one-way traffic control, placing necessary signage and barriers, and managing vehicle flow within work zones. All operations must be performed using traffic cones, signage, flaggers, and arrow boards in strict accordance with the Caltrans Traffic Control Manual and the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices.
