SCOPE AND CLASSIFICATION 1.1 Scope: This proposal is to provide the City of Columbus with a Universal Term Contract to purchase Traffic Signal Strain Pole Equipment, specified herein for use as supports for traffic signals and associated equipment along roadways throughout the City of Columbus. The proposed contract will be in effect through December 31, 2027. 1.2. Classification: The successful bidder will provide and delivery anchor base and embedded traffic signal strain poles in various sizes and with various color finishes.
