The Forest Service will be soliciting for Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contracts for trail construction, reconstruction, and maintenance on the Bitterroot, Lolo, and Flathead National Forests. Types of trails include hiker, pack and saddle, and motorized trails. Task Orders will range from $2,500 to $65,000. Contract period will be for a base period plus two option periods. Multiple awards will be made. Each contract will be for a maximum of $300,000 over the life of the contract. An industry/pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for June 3, 2008 at 9 a.m. The meeting location is Missoula Technology and Development Center, 5785 Hwy. 10, Missoula, MT. RSVP required.
