PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE PROJECT TITLE: Trail Maintenance and Construction IDIQ on the Allegheny National Forest The Allegheny National Forest (ANF) plans to award one or more IDIQ contracts for work located on the Allegheny National Forest. Work shall include providing all expertise, labor, supervision, services, equipment, tools, supplies, permits (when and if required), coordination with utilities, transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform trail maintenance, construction and other work directly related to trail activities on the Allegheny National Forest in Pennsylvania. Work will be in Forest, Elk, McKean, and Warren Counties. Work will be accomplished through the issuance of task orders against the basic IDIQ contract(s). The Magnitude of Construction for this project will be determined on an individual task order basis. Bonding: performance and payment bonds may be required for individual task orders. Solicitation materials will be uploaded to this site on or about 17 June 2018. This will include all materials in order to submit an offer. Interested parties are advised that registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database is required prior to award of a contract. There is no cost for registration in SAM when registration is completed on the official SAM website (www.sam.gov). This procurement is set-aside 100% for small business concerns. The NAICS code is 237990 and the Small Business size standard is $36.5 million. NOTE: NO TELEPHONE, FACSIMILE, E-MAIL AND/OR WRITTEN REQUESTS FOR SOLICITATIONS OR POSTING STATUS SHALL BE ACCEPTED.
