The Certificate of Compliance per DI-MISC-81356 must be submitted with each material delivery, addressing each unique combination of contract number, NSN, and item nomenclature. Pricing structures are categorized into four groups based on the nature of the data being delivered, with clear guidance on allowable cost elements, and all technical data must be submitted as required at the end of contract (EOC), coinciding with material delivery. The solicitation closes on August 13, 2026, with all contractual documents deemed issued via electronic transmission upon government dispatch.
