This requirement was orginally solicited under SPE7M523R0002. That solicitation and number was cancelled and this solicitation SPE7M523R0007 is the current version. NSN 5950-01-550-5404, PR #95653052, Transformer, Power This requirement currently is for a quantity of 957 units. Quantity price breaks are requested from 750 to 1000 units. Solicitation will not contain a quantity option. This solicitation will be a Total Small Business Set Aside. This item is solicited under Other Than Full and Open Competition, FAR 6.302(c)(1). Approved sources are: Tyonek Fabrication Corp (1XPL6) P/N 2009005-01-001 TFAB Manufacturing (32SM9) P/N 2009005-01-001 Global Circuit Innovations (7DGP6) P/N GCVFD001 The Government required delivery will be phased delivery of 50 units 195 days ARO and 50 units every 30 days until lot completion. The item will be shipped to the DLA stock location at New Cumberland, PA. Inspection/Acceptance Destination, FOB Origin (FDT applies). Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services.
