While a Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition was pursued based on the lack of other interested parties during initial market research, the agency continues to seek interested parties to expand its approved source list. Interested companies are required to submit a letter of interest including their CAGE code, product line, quality certifications, company size, and customer base to the contracting officer to be included on the bidders list for future solicitation notifications.
