Clarification: The addendum to FAR 52.212-2 revised 1 Aug 2009, paragraph III B i b "Safety and Health Plan" states: 7. Include the last three years Total Case Incident Rate (TCIR) and Day Away, Restricted, and or Transfer Case Incident Rate (DART)... Q. Do you want the TCIR and DART for the entire companies operations even if not related to this SIC or NAICS, or only contracts within the SIC or NAICS, or just the past performance submissions? A. Submit the TCIR and DART for the NAICS code in the solicitation which is 488119. As long as the Safety and Health Plan that is submitted includes the minimum as stated in 52.212-2 III B i b, the plan will be acceptable to meet the submittal requirement under the Technical Evaluation.
