This contract is for the procurement of two pressure transmitters, identified by NSN 6620012759775 and part number 360-410 from VDO-YAZAKI CORP DBA 59197, under solicitation SPE4A6-26-T-06XM, issued by the Defense Logistics Agency’s Aviation Commodity Division. The item is designated as a critical application component and must be delivered FOB origin with a required delivery date of August 13, 2025, and a five-day ADO window. The unit price is $2.00 per unit, resulting in a total contract value of $4.00, with zero variance allowed in quantity. All deliveries must be made to Fort Eustis, Virginia, with shipments required to be traceable and exclude parcel post. Packaging must comply with ASTM D3951, but DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements take precedence, and all items must be marked and labeled per MIL-STD-129 with palletization following RP001. Sampling inspection is governed by MIL-STD-1916 or comparable zero-based plans, with critical, major, and minor attributes assigned verification levels VII, IV, and II or AQLs of 0.1, 1.0, and 4.0 respectively; unspecified attributes are treated as major. Inspection and acceptance occur at destination under FAR 52.246-2, requiring zero non-conformances in sample lots. The contractor must comply with all applicable DLA, DFARS, and FAR clauses, including cybersecurity safeguards, hazardous material handling, prohibition of hexavalent chromium and covered telecommunications equipment, whistleblower rights, and electronic invoicing via WAWF. The procurement is a small business set-aside, and submission is mandatory through DIBBS with a required Safety Data Sheet prior to award. The contractor must also register with DLA’s AMPS system within two months to access the Vendor Shipment Module, as failure to do so will prevent future shipping to DLA. All representations regarding business size, socioeconomic status, and compliance with regulations must be current in SAM.

General Info

Two pressure transmitters delivered FOB origin to Fort Eustis by August 13, 2025, per DLA strict packaging and inspection standards.
