AI Contract Overview
The contract is for the procurement of 24 units of a pressure transmitter with National Stock Number 6685-01-566-9342 under solicitation SPE4A5-26-T-091K, issued by the Department of Defense's ASC SUPPLIER OPER OEM DIVISION. The unit price is $24.00, resulting in a total contract value of $576.00, with delivery required 163 days after award at FOB Origin to the receiving warehouse in Tracy, California. The items must be packaged in accordance with MIL-STD-2073-1E using preservation method 10 (clng/dry) and marked per MIL-STD-129 without special markings. Palletization follows DLA’s RP001 packaging requirements, and all shipments must comply with IP025 for hazardous materials and IP056’s strict prohibition of mercury or mercury-containing compounds in preservation, packaging, and marking—except for functional uses in batteries, fluorescent lights, required instruments, sensors, controls, weapon systems, or NAVSEA-specified reagents, which must include a second containment boundary and be shockproof per NAVSEA 5100-003D. Sampling and acceptance follow MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331 Table 1 with zero non-conformances allowed unless otherwise specified, and attributes are assigned verification levels of VII, IV, and II for critical, major, and minor characteristics respectively. Inspection and acceptance occur at destination under FAR 52.246-2, with the contractor required to maintain an ISO 9001:2015-compliant inspection system. The contract incorporates DLA’s Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements via R and I numbers, includes mandatory clauses on cybersecurity safeguarding, equal opportunity, trafficking prevention, employment eligibility verification, and hazardous material identification, and requires compliance with DFARS clauses for cyber incident reporting, disclosure limitations, and prohibition of covered telecommunications equipment. Payment must be processed through WAWF, and the solicitation is governed under simplified acquisition procedures with an inferred firm fixed price type, with proposals submitted via DIBBS by the response deadline of April 30, 2026.
