Amendment 1
The purpose of this Amendment 1 is to provide an updated version of RFQ No. 70FB8026Q00000022-Attachment 4 -Pricing Template.
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is authorized under Section 408 of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 5174), as amended, to provide Direct Assistance to eligible disaster survivors. As part of its emergency response mission, FEMA provides standard household bath and shower items which are required in each Transportable Temporary Housing Units (TTHUs) to support displaced individuals with disabilities. These resources ensure the Logistics Operations Division can maintain a Ready for Deployment stock of Manufacture Housing Units (MHUs) in support of Individual's Assistance Direct Housing Program.
