All pricing must include equipment and shipping, with F.O.B. Origin terms applying, and the final shipping destination for evaluation purposes is Cumberland, Maryland. Offers must be submitted electronically by the deadline of July 1, 2026, and must include a technical volume limited to ten pages with detailed item descriptions, a compliance matrix, and the official Pricing Table (Attachment 4) in Excel format, alongside required certifications and representations.
