Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors has issued a Request for Proposal limited exclusively to CIMA Canada Inc., ISL Engineering and Land Services Ltd., and Jacobs Consultancy Canada Inc., inviting submissions for miscellaneous and ad hoc engineering services on an hourly basis. The work will be organized under two separate contracts: Contract A, covering the Athabasca District, and Contract B, covering the Stony Plain District. The assignments under these contracts will vary in size and involve a range of engineering tasks as detailed in the Terms of Reference. Proposals must be submitted in two separate PDF files—one for technical qualifications and one for the proposal fee—each under 10 MB. The procurement process is a Request for Proposal, not an Invitation to Tender, giving Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors flexibility to request clarifications, accept or reject proposals without negotiation, or negotiate changes to winning proposals. No costs related to proposal preparation will be reimbursed. Selection will be based on the overall best value, rather than the lowest price. The deadline for submitting proposals is February 25, 2026, and all work will be performed within Alberta. Jennifer Johnstone is the designated contracting authority for any inquiries related to this solicitation.
