Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors is seeking Proposals from qualified parties (Proponents) for: AUTOMATED VEHICLE LOCATION SYSTEM (AVLS) FOR HIGHWAY MAINTENANCE VEHICLES This RFP is open to Proponents in good standing within the laws of Alberta. The Proposal shall be submitted in two separate files: Part 1 (Technical Qualifications) and Part 2 (Fee Proposal). These shall be signed, unprotected, searchable PDF documents submitted in one single email, each less than 10 MB in size. The email is to include the RFP Number and Proponent name in the subject title of the email submission. All files included in the submission shall be in file formats that can be opened by Adobe Acrobat Reader, unless otherwise instructed in the RFP documents. If files are compressed, only .zip compressed files will be accepted.
