Trapper's Point - Duck Creek Wildlife Fence Extension - Wyoming Game & Fish

The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Wyoming Game and Fish Department, will receive bids until 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on July 9, 2026, through the Public Purchase online bidding system for the Trapper’s Point – Duck Creek Wildlife Fence Extension, located at Pinedale, Sublette County, Wyoming. Project Description: This project will consist of extending the existing deer fence in the ROW from the current endpoint to Duck Creek, along with cattle guard installation, gate installation, and miscellaneous work. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. MT on Tuesday, June 16, 2026 starting at the Duck Creek Overlook, 42.8734 N, -109.9341 E, north of Pinedale in Sublette County, WY. The complete set of bid documents and specifications can be downloaded from: http://www.publicpurchase.com. Companies wishing to download plans must have a publicpurchase.com account. Only bids submitted through the Public Purchase site and on State of Wyoming forms will be considered. It is the bidder’s responsibility to review, through Public Purchase at https://www.publicpurchase.com/gems/wyoconstruction,wy/buyer/public/home for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations. Telephone calls, emails, or faxes may not be accepted. Bidding questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 5:00 p.m. MT on June 26, 2026. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 3:00 p.m. MT on July 1, 2026. Questions received after 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time on June 26, 2026, will not be addressed. It is the Contractor's responsibility (not required) to add their company to the Plan Holders and Contractors List. If a bid is greater than $150,000, each bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. ONLY if you are submitting an original 10% bid bond or submitting a 10% cashier check, it MUST be received in the Procurement Office at: Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Office, 700 West 21st Street, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82002, by 1:00 p.m. July 9, 2026. A COPY OF THE 10% CASHIER CHECK WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. If you are using Surety 2000, you will need to upload with your bid response documents a copy of the Surety 2000 document.
