Project work includes: The intent of this contract is to complete improvements to the irrigation system at the Community Recreation Complex in the Township of Pennsauken. The Community Recreation Complex is located at 1601 Bethel Avenue Pennsauken, NJ 08110. The intent of this contract is to remove the existing irrigation pump system and install an owner supplied pump system as shown on the contract documents and listed in these specifications, with the work to be complete in all respects and ready for use by the Owner. The intent and meaning of the contract documents require that the Contractor, under the terms of his contract, shall take such action as necessary and/or required to provide labor, materials, equipment, transportation, facilities and appurtenances thereto, which are indicated or reasonably implied by each drawing and each section of the specifications, all of which are collectively necessary and required for the execution of the work. A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at the project location at the time and date indicated in the bid advertisement. All bidders are encouraged to attend.
