The City of South Fulton is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive trash trap installation and maintenance services under an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with an initial term of one year and up to three additional one-year renewal options, for a maximum possible duration of four years. The scope of work includes furnishing and installing floating trash trap systems at three designated locations—Great Southwest Parkway over Utoy Creek, Flat Shoals Road over Morning Creek, and Bethsaida Road near Joshua Way—with each installation requiring site assessments, proper anchoring, and compliance with technical specifications such as HDPE or PVC-coated polyester floating barriers, underwater skirts, and modular anchoring systems. Maintenance services are required biweekly at these three locations as well as at the existing Loch Lomond Trash Trap site, involving debris collection, segregation, packaging, photographic documentation, and transport to designated City collection points.
