The U.S. Embassy in Moscow is soliciting quotations for a qualified contractor to provide Trash, Waste and Snow Removal services, including furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services, for the U.S. Embassy Moscow compound and Ambassador’s Residence.


The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.


Quotations are due on or before 6:00PM Moscow time on August 3, 2026 and must be submitted electronically to MoscowGSOProcurement@state.gov and perevertovan@state.gov. All quotes are to be addressed to the Contracting Officer and marked "Quotation 19RS5026Q0006 Enclosed."


It is important to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format; in MS-Word 2007/2010 or MS-Excel 2007/2010, Adobe Acrobat (pdf), rar or zip formats. The file size must not exceed 30MB. If too large, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 30MB each. Please do NOT send your offer via Cloud storage, DropBox, Google Drive, or other formats. They will not be received.
