La Ville de Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts désire recevoir des offres pour des travaux d’aménagement d'un exutoire dans le secteur de la rue Dazé. Pour être considérée, l’offre doit être accompagnée : 1. D’une garantie de soumission représentant dix pour cent (10%) du prix soumissionné, avant les taxes applicables selon les modalités prescrites aux documents d’appel d’offres. 2. D’une lettre d’engagement représentant la valeur de cinquante pour cent (50 %) du prix soumissionné pour un cautionnement d'exécution, de même qu’un cautionnement des obligations de l’entrepreneur pour salaires, matériaux et services de cinquante pour cent (50%), dans les deux cas, le montant est avant les taxes applicables et selon les modalités prescrites aux documents d’appel d’offres. Pour être considérée, l’entreprise doit se conformer aux restrictions et conditions prévues aux documents d’appel d’offres dont notamment les suivantes : a) L’Entreprise ne doit pas être inscrite au Registre des entreprises non admissibles aux contrats publics (RENA) ou, si elle est inscrite, avoir terminé sa période d’inadmissibilité aux contrats publics; b) L’Entreprise doit fournir son attestation fiscale émise par Revenu Québec.
