Pendant la période d’appel d’offres, le Gestionnaire de projet organisera une deuxième visite d’information à l’Hôpital Maisonneuve-Rosemont - Pavillon Maisonneuve : 5415, boulevard de l'Assomption, Montréal (Québec) H1T 2M4 (point de rencontre à l’accueil de l’Hôpital Maisonneuve-Rosemont) le 1er avril 2026 à 7 h 00. Lors de ces visites, les représentants du Gestionnaire de projet répondront aux questions des soumissionnaires. Les soumissionnaires sont conviés à participer de cette visite des lieux. Le fait de ne pas y participer ne peut servir d’excuse ou de prétexte à des erreurs, omissions ou irrégularités de la part d’un soumissionnaire. Chaque soumissionnaire est responsable de déléguer un représentant à cette visite. Tous les soumissionnaires, entrepreneurs et sous-traitants seront considérés comme ayant visité les lieux et aucune réclamation pour manque de connaissance des lieux ne pourra être soumise ni acceptée. De plus, le Gestionnaire de projet n’assume aucune responsabilité vis-à-vis des soumissionnaires qui ne seront pas présentés à la visite des lieux relativement aux informations qui peuvent avoir été données lors de celle-ci. Le Gestionnaire de projet ne s’engage à accepter ni la plus basse ni aucune des soumissions reçues.
