La Commission de la capitale nationale du Québec, ci-après L'ORGANISME PUBLIC, désire lancer un appel d'offres se rapportant aux travaux d'aménagement et d'entretien paysagers dans les parcs de la Commission de la capitale nationale du Québec. La période des travaux débute le 1er avril de chaque année. Le Contrat pourra être renouvelé pour deux (2) périodes additionnelles de 12 mois chacune aux mêmes conditions que le terme initial. Chaque option de renouvellement s’exerce à la seule discrétion de l'ORGANISME PUBLIC. Les travaux à réaliser requièrent les compétences en aménagements paysagers, une expertise avec les vivaces, arbustes, arbres et pelouse, ainsi que l’installation et la réparation de surfaces dures et granulaires de différentes natures. L’Entrepreneur doit notamment exécuter les tâches suivantes : • Fourniture et plantation de végétaux ; • Préparation de surfaces de plantation; • Épandage de substrats et paillis ; • Fourniture et installation de gazon en plaque ou d’hydro-ensemencement; • Aération de sol ; • Installation de membrane anti racinaire; • Installation de matériaux inertes (galet de rivière, pas japonais, poussière de pierre…) ; • Installation de dalles de béton et de blocs de béton; • Excavation et nivellement ; • Pose de drain; • Pose et réparation de pavé, réparation de scellant ; • Construction de muret et installation de bordures ; • Resurfaçage de surface granulaire ; • Revêtement d’asphalte de moins de 30m 2.
