DESCRIPTION DU PROJET : Le projet consiste à effectuer des travaux de réfection du pavage sur le chemin de la 1re Concession (±2 918 m) et sur la Montée Gilmore. La localisation précise des tronçons où les travaux sont prévus est détaillée aux croquis joints à la présente demande d’appel d’offres. La Municipalité d’Elgin demande des soumissions pour les travaux décrits à la suite. Les soumissions doivent être présentées dans une enveloppe scellée portant l’inscription « Soumission pour projet no « MEGM‑25009616‑A0 » et le soumissionnaire devra y être clairement identifié. Les plans et le cahier des charges ainsi que la formule de soumission peuvent être obtenus uniquement auprès du système électronique d’appel d’offres (SÉAO) à l’adresse suivante www.seao.ca, selon les coûts et les modalités de ce système, à compter 10 mars 2026. Pour être considérée, toute soumission doit être accompagnée d’une garantie de soumission telle que décrite à l’article IV-1.1 de l’« Avis aux soumissionnaires » de la norme BNQ 1809-900/2019.
