Le projet consiste en des travaux de réfection de trottoirs, de pavage et d'aménagements sur le territoire de la ville de Québec. Sans s’y limiter, le contrat comprend principalement des travaux de construction ou de réfection de trottoirs, de réfection de la chaussée et de mise en place de revêtement bitumineux, des travaux de marquages, de la mise en place de signalisation permanente, des travaux d’éclairage et de signaux lumineux ainsi que d’autres travaux connexes.
