La Ville demande des soumissions pour la fourniture de services qui consiste principalement en ce qui suit : La location de camions mécanisés tout-en-un de type Python 5000 ou équivalent, avec opérateurs, pour effectuer la réparation mécanisée de nids-de-poule sur le territoire de la ville de Québec. Les travaux consistent principalement à remplir les cavités de la chaussée d’enrobé, à l’aide d’un véhicule muni d’un système d’application d’un mélange bitumineux par projection des matériaux. Tous les travaux doivent être réalisés de façon autonome par le véhicule et son opérateur, sans que ce dernier quitte la cabine du véhicule. Les travaux incluent, sans s’y limiter, la fourniture et le transport de l’enrobé, le maintien à la bonne température, le nettoyage des nids-de-poule à l’aide d’un jet d’air, la mise en place de l’enrobé et la compaction. La Ville prévoit utiliser trois véhicules simultanément et ce nombre pourrait monter jusqu’à cinq véhicules par moment. Les heures indiquées à la formule de soumission présentent donc la somme des heures estimées pour l’utilisation des trois véhicules (3 x ±100 heures) et d’une banque de 100 heures pour deux autres véhicules.
