La portée des travaux est établie selon deux (2) phases prévues en 2026 et en 2027. Sommairement, les travaux faisant l’objet du présent contrat comprennent, mais sans s’y limiter, la fourniture des matériaux et de la main-d’œuvre afin de réaliser tous les travaux de réfection de l’Édifice St-Joseph à l’École Notre-Dame-Saint-Joseph, et notamment: - La modification des pentes de terrain pour l’évacuation de l’eau (voir documents civil et structure); - La réparation ponctuelle de la cour d’école et des terrains de jeu (voir documents civil et structure); - La démolition des éléments de l’enveloppe extérieure des bâtiments existants identifiés aux documents d’architecture et de structure; - La démolition des éléments intérieurs existants identifiés aux documents d’architecture, structure, mécanique et électricité; - La démolition des éléments identifiés aux documents de structure, civil, mécanique, électricité et aménagement paysager; - L’exécution de tous les ouvrages reliés à la construction et l’installation des éléments de structure, civil, mécanique, électricité et aménagement paysager identifiés, aux documents des différentes disciplines. - L’exécution de tous les ouvrages nécessaires au parachèvement des travaux requis par ce marché, même s’ils ne sont pas mentionnés spécifiquement aux plans et devis. L’entrepreneur devra aussi planifier la réalisation des travaux en coordonnant avec précautions et horaires de travail établis avec le propriétaire pour le phasage identifié aux dessins et le calendrier d’exécution prescrits aux conditions générales. L’Entrepreneur a la responsabilité complète des travaux et de ses sous-traitants. Il doit les diriger et les contrôler efficacement et sécuritairement. Il est le seul responsable des moyens, méthodes, procédures et coordination de toutes les parties des Travaux en vertu du contrat. ÉCHÉANCIER DES TRAVAUX ET DURÉE DU CONTRAT Le Contrat entre en vigueur à la date mentionnée à l'avis d’adjudication ou à défaut, le jour de l’émission de l’avis d’adjudication à l’ENTREPRENEUR par l’ORGANISME PUBLIC. L'entrepreneur devra respecter l’échéancier prescrit aux documents contractuels du CSSDGS. Les principales de dates de l’échéancier sont les suivantes selon les séquences établies : Veuillez consulter les documents d’appels d’offres pour obtenir le détail de l’échéancier, les périodes des travaux à réaliser en cohabitation ainsi que la séquences de ceux-ci. Phase 1 - Mai 2026 : Début des travaux phase 1-A - Extérieur - 24 juin 2026 : Début des travaux phase 1-B – Intérieur (mobilisation à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur) - 21 août 2026 : Fin des travaux en période de vacances estivales et prise de possession anticipée pour les travaux d’intérieurs). - 30 octobre 2026 : Fin des travaux phase 1 - Prise de possession anticipée.
